»„Theophrasti Paracelsi Liber De Narcoticis aegritudinibus, vt sunt Pestis, Pleuresis et Prunella“ (4 Capitel) = Huser 4°-Ed. III, S. 292-303; 307-311; Fol°-Ed. I, S. 424-429; 430-432, also Cap. 2, 3 u. 5 des 2. Tract., II. Buchs der „Morbi ex Tartaro“ am Schlusse etwas anders geordnet; vor den Explicationes des II. Capitels (hier erstes!) ist ein Theil der Explicationes zu Huser’s 1. Cap. eingefügt S. 289 Zeile 8 v. u. bis S. 298 Zeile 8 v. u. Der Text stimmt im Allgemeinen mit der Ausgabe von 1563 überein (No. 54 S. 152-154 Zeile 4; S. 158-183; 187-192), doch finden sich einige kleine Zusätze (welche auch Huser nicht hat) und manche Besserungen und sonstige Abweichungen im Einzelnen; es fehlen die 1563 an falsche Stelle gesetzten „Commentarij in caput quartum“ (S. 183-187) zu den „Dies cretici“, deren Text der No. 54 fehlt.
Mit einer Ausnahme ist im Gegensatz zu Huser, aber übereinstimmend mit No. 54 der ganze Commentar lateinisch gegeben; die einzige deutsche Stelle (S. 112) steht weder bei Huser noch 1563. Forberger hat seinen Text sorgfältig bearbeitet und anscheinend ein besonderes Manuscript benutzt neben der No. 54 resp. 126. — Die lateinischen Marginalien sind gleichfalls Forberger’s Zuthat. Vgl. No. 166.«
