Epigram

Those who wish to see the pure sources of wisdom, to hold the secret paths of Alchemy, to smell the sweet fruits of the Hesperides, and to bring back the desired gems of the Aesonides, should read both the old and the new. But having read the works of the old and the new, what was obtained with great effort, what was sought throughout the long day, what was offered for a huge sum of money, this small booklet will give to you, not acquired with a great amount of money, not read with great mental effort, not re-read over a long period of time. And yet you hesitate to equate it with the books of the old and the new, although this brief booklet allows it.
