Printing History, Manuscripts. First edited in 1679 by A.A. in Mercurii Zweyfacher Schlangen-stab.

Editions. Not edited by Huser or Sudhoff.

Relationship between different versions. Only one known version.

Structure, genre/form, perspective, style. Written in the form of a dream or vision.

Relationship to other texts. A “key” to the treasure prophecy in the Prophezeiung von den drei Schätzen und dem Löwen von Mitternacht (§ ‎6.3). Opens with a short quotation from the Prophezeiung concerning the three treasures.

Authenticity, authorship. Not attributed to Paracelsus.

Time of writing. Probably written in the mid-17th century. Further study required.
